Community Guidelines

RealEstateKart is free for everyone. These rules keep it trustworthy. Breaking them can get listings hidden or accounts suspended.

Listings

Real and yours to list. Only list property you own or are authorised to list. Use the right badge: owners are owners, brokers are agents.
Real photos. Photos must be of the actual property. No stock images, no photos copied from other listings, no watermarks advertising other services.
Honest details. Correct price, deposit, area, floor and availability. No "bait" prices.
One listing per property. Don't re-post the same property; renew it instead.
Keep it current. Mark it sold or rented as soon as it is.
RERA. Builders and agents advertising a project that must be registered under RERA must include its registration number.
No discrimination. Don't exclude people on the basis of religion, caste, community, gender or disability. Preferences such as "family" or "working professionals" are fine.

Be respectful. No abuse, threats or harassment.
No spam or unrelated promotion.
Never ask for or pay money before a visit. Asking for a "token" or "advance" before someone has seen the property is not allowed. Report it.

Use Report on any listing, profile or chat. Listings reported by several people are hidden until our team reviews them.
